Graham Keller
Graham Keller joined Borror Public Affairs in 2026 as Government Affairs Manager, where he oversees client advocacy efforts before the Indiana General Assembly and key state agencies. His work is focused on complex regulatory and legislative matters, with particular depth in healthcare, pharmacy, and retail policy matters.
Prior to joining BPA, Graham was a lobbyist at The Capitol Group, representing clients across a range of industries and policy issues before the legislature and executive branch. He began his career with the Indiana House Republican Caucus as a Legislative Assistant, where he developed a strong understanding of the legislative process and built lasting relationships within the Statehouse.
A native of Zionsville, Indiana, Graham is a graduate of Guerin Catholic High School, where he played football and golf. He went on to attend Purdue University, playing football for two years before earning his bachelor’s degree in Law and Society.
Graham brings experience on both the policymaking and advocacy sides of government, providing clients with practical, informed guidance on complex policy matters.
